The First R: Reflection
The beginning of a new year is a perfect time to reflect on our past successes, our accomplishments, the personal and professional goals we achieved and even the ones we missed. We are thankful for our treasured relationships with our family, friends, clients, customers and the people who make a difference in our lives. The people who touch us, enrich our lives and inspire.
Then there are those wonderful unexpected experiences that produced tremendous highlights and taught us valuable lessons. We reflect on who we are and what we might become.
Gold Star Action: Take some time during the dawn of the New Year for just you. The busyness of living robs you of moments to reflect on the events that shape who you are and the decisions you will make in this New Year.
